You will gain access to the Members portal, where you can complete your profile and add your business information. You can include your business links and add an image. Please make sure your business information is true, accurate, and current at all times.

​Once you complete this stage, press 'Public' so you are visible in the 'Members Lounge', where you can start connecting and following other Members. You have unlocked 'The Vault', where you can access all of our resources, blogs, videos and exclusive offers.

Cancellation
If, for any reason, you decide you no longer wish to use the GirlsTalk Business (GTB) Website to cancel, please remove your information from the 'Members Lounge'. We will then delete your profile and any other information from our GTB Website, including all promotional posts on our social media with your shape and any promotional material. Girls Talk Business (GTB) reserves the right to terminate access to anyone at any time. GTB will endeavour to offer a reason why by email; however, this may not always be possible.
Changes to your business information
You can update your information at any time on our GTB Website on the 'About Page'. We recommend you regularly check your profile information and ensure your business links are current and working. Please be aware that we do not proofread your business information on your profile.
How will we use your information on our website?
We may use your information to 'Highlight' your business in our GTB Facebook Group.
We recommend you 'click like' and 'comment' on our GTB Facebook Group posts to increase your post's engagement reach.

Liability
GTB or Ines Curin will not be responsible/liable for any financial loss to your business if you are unhappy with or disagree with our choice of post design or if your post does not result in sales or leads for your business.

Benefits of our Ready. Set. Shine. Pro Packages!
The most significant advantage of our Ready. Set. Shine. Pro Packages is the exposure, and you will have greater opportunity to generate more leads. This will give you more time to continue doing what you love in your business.
Once you've purchased our Spotlight or Floodlight Pro Packages, we will provide you with access to The Vault. Here you can upload your content/business information or blog post or promote and highlight your business, attach your images and add your business links. You can share your content/business information to the GTB Facebook Group, and we will showcase your business in the​ Girl Talk Business Newsletter. We will share/promote your content/business information in the ​GTB Facebook Group & in ​GTB Newsletter​ as per your package choice.

What happens once you purchase one of our Ready. Set. Shine. Pro Packages.
Once you've purchased one of our Pro Packages, we will ask you to complete a ​Business Information Form. By providing us with your ​Business Information, you will give us the authority to share your information on the ​GTB Website, ​GTB Newsletter a​s well as our social platform. We always recommend you double-check that your Business Information is accurate before forwarding this information to us.
How we Remedy Errors
The Business Information supplied by you will be used to promote your business to the best of our ability, if for any reason a mistake is made by ​us (GTB), we will endeavour to remedy the error as soon as possible. We will update your information with the correct information and repost your information at our cost.
Cancelation & Termination
The Business Information you provide will be displayed on the ​GTB Website, GTB Newsletter and shared in the ​GTB Facebook Group ​until your Promotion expires. You can cancel your Promo Package at any time, and once you do this, we will remove all of your information from our ​GTB Website​ and our social media platforms immediately. If for any reason you are not happy with our service, we will refund a full amount for 1 - 5 days into the program of the amount paid. After 5 days and up to 25 days, we will refund 50%. No refund will be offered after 30 days. We will not refund any amount if you have changed your mind or decided this is not for you. We reserve the right to cancel/terminate your ​Pro Package​ or ​at any time. Where possible, we will endeavour to offer a reason why by email, however, this may not always be possible.
Making changes to your Business Information
Please be aware ​we do ​not​ proofread​ your ​Business Information Form, therefore, it is crucial that you check ​this is accurate at the time of completing your form​ and before you press submit. The ​Business Information​ ​you provide to us will be deemed as your final version, however, if for any reason you decide to make any changes, either, to update your information or because of any errors made by you, ​GTB​ will be happy to ​make a maximum of one change per month at a cost of $20 which must be paid before we make any changes. We reserve the right to generate an invoice once you email your changes to us at ​info@girlstalkbusiness.com.
Links
If for any reason you supply ​us ​with an incorrect link, we will be happy to make changes at a cost of $10 to you. For incorrect links made by ​us​ please refer to "how we ​remedy errors". We reserve the right to generate an invoice once you email your changes to us at ​info@girlstalkbusiness.com​.

Posting your Business Information to the GTB Website and Social Platform.
We ​will use discretion when posting your ​Business Information in the ​GTB Facebook Group​ & GTB Newsletter. Where possible,​ we ​will endeavour to share your ​Business Information ​on the most effective day & time. We will not be responsible or liable for any financial loss to your business if you are unhappy with or disagree with our choice of days or times or if your post does not result in sales or leads for your business.

Tracking your posts
Tracking your ​Business Information is not included or part of your Pro Package, however, we will offer feedback where possible. Limelight Package
(GTB) Terms & Conditions
​
This Agreement establishes the Girls Talk Business (GTB) rights to publicise and promote your Event. It ensures that you retain the copyright to your slide presentations, courses, and workbooks (if any) prepared by you which we may use to promote on the GTB Website. In addition, it ensures that GTB retains the copyrights of any recordings we record on our Zoom platform.
Upon purchasing the Limelight package, you will have the option of booking a Zoom call with Ines prior to securing a date for your Event. We will create a custom flyer once we have confirmed all the details. We will use the flyer to promote your Event on the GTB Website and in the GTB Facebook Group. On the day of the Event we will host and record your Event. You will ensure that you have prepared at your expense any promotional material, courses and/or workbooks you intend to use as part of your Event.

GTB will utilise the recording and edit a 30-sec clip to use as part of your Promotion on our social media platforms, advertising and promotional materials. We will provide you with a copy of the 30-sec clip for your personal use. A full recording of your Event will be stored on our GTB YouTube Channel we will provide you with a link for your personal use.There is an option to store your workbooks, and resources on our GTB Website in The Vault after the Event at an additional cost.

Warrant Your Materials.
You warrant that you are the original creator and copyright holder of your provided slide presentations, courses and workbooks. You will develop your Event in conjunction with best business practices, and we may provide input and make suggestions that could benefit your Event. We are pleased to assist you where we can.
GTB will use its best endeavours to fully support you in your preparation for your participation on its GTB Website.
Cancelling Limelight Agreement.
If at any stage you or Ines Curin - Girls Talk Business (GTB) decides to cancel or terminate this Agreement, both parties will be required to give at least 3 days' notice. Once the Agreement has been cancelled, GTB will remove all promotional material from its GTB Website and Social Media channels. No refund will be given.
