This conversation was inspired by my recent post in the GTB Facebook Group. You might have missed the thread where I asked if there was a photographer in the group that would be interested in a collaboration. In my post, I offered exposure as part of the collaboration. However, this word triggered a few members, and the conversation got a little uncomfortable, mainly for me.
Now that I've had time to reflect, I thought it important to discuss this topic and share what I learned.
So I reached out to my fellow GTB Leader Laurinda Howarth because we've talked about getting together to do a podcast, and I thought this was the perfect topic to discuss.
