Hi beautiful, I'm Jo - Self-Love Warrior and Coach, and my superpower is embodying self-love and showing others how to do it too.For years, I thought success and external achievements would make me feel good enough—running a successful business, raising four amazing children, staying fit, and giving back to my community. But none of it filled the emptiness I felt inside.
 
Even when I hit my fitness goals, I still wasn’t happy. I kept striving, losing weight, chasing more, but happiness always seemed just out of reach. It wasn’t until I looked within and started aligning my life with my true values that I began to understand the real path to fulfillment.
 
Now, I use my experience to help other women, especially soulpreneurs, rediscover their self-worth, align their businesses with their deepest values, and create a life that feels fulfilling from the inside out.  I love working with women and teens to embody who they truly are and see your beauty, worth and power.
