Our state of being (mind and body) in "stuckness" is shifted best by slowing down not more "doing".... WHAT! NOOOOO as we are wired to "Fix it Now".

Sarah and Christine have led an "intensive" pursuit of Vitality. This included delivering complex global solutions in Corporate lives, strokes, heart surgery, cancer, deaths of loved ones, infertility, miscarriages, deep despair and the beautiful "Yays" in life. All those things involved a lot of "Meh"and "YAY". Learning to be deliberate between "Meh" and "YAY" taught us that Vitality is not a thing to "learn" it's an experience that can be created with a Catalyst to support you and your business.

In our Super VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) world we think that we need to go "faster" and be "better" but we need a paradigm shift? A shift in ourselves to see the opportunity in VUCA, especially when it impacts our Business Vitality because our personal vitality has dropped.

"Knowing" ourselves to respond to our needs in VUCA requires a CHOICE and investment in ourselves. What can be more important to us and our horizons?

We love to learn through exploring, learning and "knowing" from intuition. That's the gold in life for us... What about you?
